Chipotle is a brand with a strong vision. Its commitment to sustainability and fresh ingredients, aka “food with integrity”, guided our redesign of Chipotle.com and resonated strongly with customers. We’ve worked with Chipotle over the years to create and develop the brand’s one-of-a-kind character, aiding its evolution from a popular set of “burrito joints” to the fastest growing restaurant business in the country. The brand’s approachable personality and inspiring principles are carried through every digital, print, and in-store experience, placing Chipotle in a category all its own.

A beloved brand with a loyal following, Peet’s has been handcrafting coffee and tea for 47 years. But as the company continued to grow beyond its Northern California roots, it needed a digital presence worthy of an iconic national brand. Peet’s asked Sequence to create a website that would deepen engagement with existing customers and attract new legions of devoted fans. We refreshed the Peet’s brand and, most importantly, amplified the unique story of these anti-corporate, real-deal craftspeople. Because we believe that a truly passionate company should share that passion with the world.

We admit it: we’re super geeks. So we were beyond excited at the chance to name and create a brand around a new product boasting game-changing technology. The Lytro camera captures the entire “light field” in a scene, creating living pictures that can be focused later. With the ability to adjust and refocus images on nearly any device without the need for special software, Lytro is truly a revolution, and we’re proud to have contributed to its much-heralded launch.

Foodies are a ravenous bunch, hungry for both experiences and information. Food Network recognized that it could do more for its viewers by compiling all of its on-air restaurant mentions into a neat companion piece to its programming. So we got to work. The result? Fans of food have one more delicious resource. Food Network On the Road is a rich, cleanly designed app experience that lets users organize recommendations by city, chef, and show, save them into custom road trips, and share plans with friends.

We’re big fans of the Muppets, so when Disney approached us to work together, it was a no-brainer. With the latest movie about to launch, Disney needed a fun way to bring fans young and old into the world of the Muppets. We created the Muppet Mail iPad app, an e-card generator that uses innovative facial recognition technology to analyze a person’s photo and generate a unique Muppet character that can be edited, customized, and forwarded to friends. We extended the same core back-end to another app, Disney Holiday Magic, and also made Pix, a photo editing app that lets kids personalize their photos, Disney-style.

Providing affordable energy to the world in a responsible manner may be the challenge of our generation, and Chevron believes that all of us can shift the energy equation. As Chevron’s long-time partner, we’ve helped define its digital communications, conveying the brand’s message across multiple channels. Whether redesigning Chevron.com, launching global digital advertising campaigns, establishing branding standards, or building iOS apps for consumers, we are glad to be part of the energy debate and dialogue.

Skip between online radio stations, your online music services, and the music on your laptop via one unified interface. We kicked things up a notch with the Logitech UE Smart Radio Controller, an app that turns your iPhone into a master music controller. More than just a remote, the app displays what’s playing, including album art, and lets users favorite artists or tracks.

OpenTable is the world’s leading online restaurant reservation and table management service. To upgrade and extend its capabilities and user experience, Sequence created a system of web, mobile, and tablet apps for customers as well as key players such as managers and hosts. With consistent 5-star ratings, our iOS, Android, and Windows apps have filled a cumulative 20 million seats and counting, and are considered essential by publications including Bon Appetit, Gizmodo, and TIME magazine.
